Make any day special with this low carb sparkling raspberry limeade mocktail. It’s a low calorie sweet fruity drink to help you make every moment sparkle.  It’s really quick and easy to whip up this fruity low carb drink. I just dumped a half cup of frozen raspberries, a half cup of crushed ice, the juice of one lime, and a can of Dasani Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade into my blender.

 

It takes less than a minute to prepare this tasty low carb sparkling raspberry limeade mocktail. And, the blender does most of the work. You will have to squeeze the juice out of the limes, but I have a handheld juicer that does it quickly.

You could use whole ice cubes, but my blender doesn’t chop ice very well so I like to use the smaller pieces of ice. If you have a higher end blender, it should do a better job of blending in the ice cubes.

Don’t forget to dress up the your drinks a little with slices of lime and extra berries! The added fruit pieces make this low carb sparkling raspberry limeade mocktail look extra special.

Even with the fresh fruit, this delicious mocktail drink has less than 2 grams of sugar. So it’s a perfect sweet treat to enjoy on your low carb diet. And, the added fizz really seems to help satisfy thirst on a hot day.

  • Ingredients

    • 1 can Dasani Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade chilled
    • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries fresh can also be used
    • 1/2 cup crushed ice
    • Juice from one medium lime about
    • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla stevia drops about 20 drops (or use any sweetener to taste)
  • Instructions

    1. Pour all ingredients into blender and blend until well combined.
    2. Divide into two glasses and serve.
