Ingredients required

Total Servings – 8
Prep Time – 5-10 minutes
Cooking Time – 15-20 minutes
 3 eggs (medium-sized)
 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
 2 tablespoons Dutch cocoa
 1 1/2 cups almond flour (fine)
 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1/3 cup granulated erythritol
 1/3 cup milk or water
 1/4 cup cocoa powder



Note:
 To prepare a vegan keto cake, replace eggs with a mixture of 3 tablespoons of some commercial egg replacer product and 150 grams water. Before using, let it thicken by allowing it to sit undisturbed for some time.

How to Prepare

1 – Set the oven to 350 0 F.
2 – Grease an 8-inch pan and line the same with parchment paper.
3 – Take a bowl and add all the ingredients to it. Stir thoroughly and then spread the mixture uniformly over the pan.
4 – Place the pan on the center rack and bake for about 14 minutes or up until the point when the center turns firm.
5 – Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down before applying the frosting.

Note:


 Change/add more flavor to the cake by topping it with a frosting/cream/sliced fruit of your choice. Some suitable options are:
o Coconut frosting
o Cream cheese frosting
o Ice cream
o Peanut butter frosting
o Sliced pineapple
o Sliced strawberries
o Whipped cream
 Double the recipe amount and bake using 2, 8-inch pans for preparing a double layer cake.
 For the frosting, use either the chocolate buttercream or vanilla frosting (homemade or packaged).
