If you’re not a fan of pork, just swap it out for ground chicken or ground beef.

This Keto San Choy Bau recipe makes 4 serves. 1 serving is 3 lettuce cups filled with a quarter of the pork mixture.

The ground pork mixture (finished at step 5) can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
