Here is a super fun way to get your pizza fix and keep it low carb. These cheesy pizza pops come in at under 5 net carbs per stick and they are a breeze to make! Give them a try and let us know what you thinkπŸ€—


2 Cut Da Carb flatbreads
5-6 string cheese sticks( I used Tis light string cheese)
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
Mini pepperoni
Grated parmesan


Preheat oven to 400*
1. Cut your flatbread lengthwise into thirds, stack the segments on top of each other and cut into thirds in the opposite direction to form even squares. Keep your flatbread in an airtight bag until you are ready to roll to prevent them from drying out.
2. Cut your string cheese sticks into thirds.
3. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side edge of the flatbread and place the cheese in the center on the opposite side. There should be space to either side of the cheese to allow for spreading as the cheese melts. Roll tightly so that cream cheese edge seals the roll shut.
4. Place 3-4 rolls on a wooded skewer and brush lightly with marinara sauce and sprinkle on some of the shredded cheese. Add on pepperoni or any other toppings you like.
5. Bake 8-10 minutes and top with grated parmesan and basil. Enjoy dipped in marinara, ranch or some garlic butter!
