
Ingredients:
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar (optional, for mild sweetness)
¾ to 1 cup (180–240ml) warm water
1 tbsp oil (vegetable or olive, optional for softer texture)
Instructions:
1. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
2. Add Water Gradually
Slowly pour in warm water and mix with a spoon until a sticky dough forms (no kneading needed).
3. Let It Rise
Cover the bowl with a lid or towel. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
4. Shape the Dough
Lightly oil your hands and shape the dough into a round or oval. Place it on a greased baking tray or parchment paper.
5. Second Rise (optional)
Let it rest for another 15–20 minutes for a better rise.
6. Bake
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and
