Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract together.
