- 1 cupĀ cottage cheeseĀ (blend smooth if you prefer)
- 1 largeĀ egg
- ½ cup oat flour (or blended oats)

- 1 tspĀ baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1ā2 tbspĀ honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free sweetener
- 1 tspĀ vanilla extract
- PinchĀ salt

1ļøā£ Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2ļøā£ Make batter
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, sweetener, and vanilla.
Stir in oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Fold in diced apple.

Scoop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined air fryer basket.
Lightly spray tops with oil.
