🍎🧀 Air Fryer High-Protein Cottage Cheese Apple Fritters

🛒 Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (blend smooth if you prefer)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup oat flour (or blended oats)
- 1 medium apple, finely diced
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1–2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Make batter
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, sweetener, and vanilla.
Stir in oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Fold in diced apple.
3️⃣ Shape
Scoop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined air fryer basket.
Lightly spray tops with oil.
