Ingredients

  • ½ cupĀ peanut butterĀ (natural, no sugar added)
  • ½ cupĀ Greek yogurt

  • ¾ cupĀ oat flour
  • ¼ cupĀ unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tspĀ baking powder
  • ¼ tspĀ salt
  • ¼ cupĀ dark chocolate chips

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

 Shape cookies

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the tray.
  • Flatten slightly with a spatula or your fingers.

  • BakeĀ 10–12 minutes. Cookies will look soft but set as they cool.

  • Let coolĀ 5 minutesĀ before transferring to a wire rack.
