Blender Corn Cake recipe

Ingredients:

Butter (or margarine)2 tablespoons
Wheat Flour3 tablespoons
Green Corn (canned)1 can
Sugar1 cup (Corrected amount)
Cornmeal1 cup
Grated Parmesan50 g
Milk1 liter
Baking Powder1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a baking tray with butter and corn flour (or another type of baking spray).
  2. Place all the ingredients (except butter for greasing the pan) in a blender and blend until smooth. You can also use an immersion blender if you prefer.
  3. Pour the batter into the greased baking tray.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Tips:

  • You can substitute fresh corn kernels for canned corn. If using fresh corn, be sure to puree it in the blender with the other ingredients.
  • For a sweeter cake, you can add an additional ¼ cup of sugar.
  • If you don’t have grated parmesan cheese, you can omit it or substitute another type of cheese.
  • You can also add other ingredients to the batter, such as chopped nuts, dried fruit, or chocolate chips
