Ingredients List

  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2–2½ cups melted chocolate (milk or dark)

Instructions

1. Mix the Coconut & Condensed Milk

  • In a bowl, mix the sweetened shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is sticky and thick. The consistency should resemble dough.

2. Shape the Bars

  • Shape the coconut mixture into small bars or balls using your hands. You can make them as big or small as you like.
  • Place the shaped bars or balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper.

3. Freeze

  • Freeze the bars for 20–30 minutes to help them firm up.

4. Dip in Chocolate

  • While the coconut mixture is chilling, melt your chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Dip each coconut bar into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
  • Place the chocolate-dipped bars back on the baking sheet.

5. Chill Until Set

  • Let the bars chill in the fridge until the chocolate is completely set. This should take about 15–20 minutes.
