4-Ingredient High-Protein Shepherd’s Pie

Serves: 3–4
 Protein: ~30–40 g per serving

High-protein meal plan

Ingredients (ONLY 4)

1 lb lean  ground beef or ground turkey (93–99% lean)

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

2 cups high-protein mashed potatoes
(store-bought high-protein or homemade with added Greek yogurt)

Salt & pepper (counts as one ingredient together)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).

Cook  ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in frozen vegetables and cook 2–3 minutes until just heated.

Spread meat and veggie mixture evenly into a baking dish.

Top with mashed potatoes and smooth the surface.

Bake 20–25 minutes, until hot and lightly golden on top.

Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Protein Tips

Use extra-lean turkey for highest protein & lowest fat

Add extra meat (up to 1¼ lb) for meal prep days

Choose protein-enhanced mashed potatoes if available
