Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3: Add the softened unsalted butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 4: Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.

Step 5: Gradually pour in the pineapple juice and vanilla extract, mixing until the batter is smooth and well combined.

Baking the Pineapple Juice Cake

Step 6: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 8: Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Step 9: Gently run a knife around the edges of the cake to loosen it, then invert the cake onto a wire rack to cool completely
