INGREDIENTS:

  • Four chicken breasts
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • One tsp. garlic seasoning
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • One tsp. dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Fresh lemon wedges

INGREDIENT NOTES:

CHICKEN:

We have to use chicken without bones and skin of even-sized chicken so that it cooks properly.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. We can warm-up the oven at four hundred degrees F.
  2. Then we can place the broccoli in a pan.
  3. Cover it with black pepper, half of the garlic powder, salt, and 1 tbsp. Olive oil.
  4. Roast for 15 minutes.
  5. We can add the chicken to the dish and sprinkle black pepper, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and salt.
  6. Then wrap the fillet in two slices of prosciutto.
  7. Then we can heat the oil in a pan.
  8. Sear the wrapped chicken fillet for two minutes on each side.
  9. Put the sear-wrapped chicken fillet in a tray.
  10. Bake the fillet for 20 minutes to fully cook the chicken.
  11. Then we can sprinkle the cheese in the last five minutes.
  12. Serve the dish with roasted broccoli and lemon juice.

  • Cauliflower mash greatly pairs with this wrapped chicken in side
