Homemade dessert in 5 minutes that melts in your mouth! No baking or gelatin!

Coffee (instant or brewed)15 g
Vanilla sugar1 teaspoon
Bananas2
Egg yolk1
Milk150 ml
Cornstarch20 g
Ricotta cheese100 g
Condensed milk100 g
Whipping cream150 ml
Chocolate (for decoration)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the coffee cream: Combine cream, coffee, and vanilla sugar in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until coffee is dissolved. Let cool slightly. Mix with ricotta and condensed milk.
  2. Prepare the banana layer: Mash bananas and combine with egg yolk.
  3. Prepare the custard: Heat milk, thicken with cornstarch, and combine with banana mixture.
  4. Whip the cream: Whip whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold into coffee cream.
  5. Assemble the dessert: Layer banana custard, coffee cream mixture in serving glasses. Chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Decorate and serve: Grate chocolate over the top. Serve chilled
