Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 2 cups Ultra fine almond flour
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- 4 Large Eggs beaten
- ½ cup Light Beer
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- An 9×5 loaf pan should be greased with nonstick spray before the oven is heated to 350 degrees F.
- Almond, coconut, baking powder, and salt are combined in a sizable bowl.
- Eggs, butter, and beer should all be added. Stir everything together thoroughly.
- When the mixture is evenly distributed in the prepared pan, bake the cake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Before removing from the pan, allow it cool somewhat.
