 Chocolate Crunch Bars (No-Bake)

Makes: ~12 squares

Time: 10 minutes prep + chilling

Ingredients

• 300 g chocolate (milk or a milk/dark mix)

• 100 g butter

• 3 tbsp golden syrup (or honey/corn syrup)

• 120–150 g crispy ingredients, such as:

• Rice Krispies / puffed rice cereal

• OR crushed biscuits (digestives/graham crackers)

• OR chopped nuts

• OR a mix

• Optional add-ins:

• Mini marshmallows

• Chocolate chips

• Raisins / dried fruit

Instructions

1. Line a tray

Use an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) tray, lined with baking paper.

2. Melt the base

In a heatproof bowl, melt together:

• chocolate

• butter

• golden syrup

Melt over a saucepan of hot water or in the microwave (20–30 sec bursts), stirring until smooth.

3. Mix in the crunchy stuff

Add your cereal/biscuit pieces/nuts and fold until everything is well coated in chocolate.

4. Add extras (optional)

Fold in marshmallows, raisins, or chocolate chips.

5. Press into the tray

Spread evenly and press down firmly to remove air pockets.

6. Chill

Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully set.

7. Cut into squares

Slice into neat blocks like the ones in your picture
