High-Protein Sugar-Free Christmas Milk Cake

Ingredients (ONLY 3)
- 2 cups high-protein milk
(skim milk or ultra-filtered milk for extra protein) - 2½ teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder
- Sugar-free sweetener, to taste
(stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol)
Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin
- Add gelatin to ½ cup cold milk in a bowl
- Let sit 5 minutes
- Heat the milk
- Warm the remaining 1½ cups milk in a saucepan
- Do not boil (just hot)
- Combine
- Stir bloomed gelatin into hot milk
- Mix until completely dissolved
- Add sugar-free sweetener to taste
- Set the cake
- Pour into a small silicone mold or dish
- Chill 2–3 hours until firm
- Serve
- Slice like cake or unmold for a clean shape
