Vanilla Cloud Pie Slices(Soft, Melt-in-Your-Mouth & High-Protein)

  • ½ cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 drop almond extract

Instructions

  1. Blend the base
    Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, sugar-free pudding mix, and almond extract to a blender.
    Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare for baking
    Pour the mixture into a small oven-safe dish, smoothing the top gently.
  3. Bake low & slow
    Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 18–20 minutes.
    The goal is a velvety, custard-like texture, not a cake—do not overbake.
  4. Chill to set
    Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
    Refrigerate for 20 minutes until softly set.
  5. Slice & serve
    Slice gently and enjoy that cloud-like texture
