Easy Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Blend the wet ingredients:
    Add the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients:
    Pour the blended mixture into a medium mixing bowl. Add the almond flour and protein powder. Stir until a thick cookie-dough consistency forms.
  3. Add chocolate chips:
    Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
    Optional: Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top for a sweet-and-salty finish.
  4. Enjoy immediately or chill:
    Eat it right away with a spoon, or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm it up.
