Easy Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (or more to taste)
Instructions
- Blend the wet ingredients:
Add the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. - Combine the dry ingredients:
Pour the blended mixture into a medium mixing bowl. Add the almond flour and protein powder. Stir until a thick cookie-dough consistency forms. - Add chocolate chips:
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Optional: Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top for a sweet-and-salty finish. - Enjoy immediately or chill:
Eat it right away with a spoon, or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm it up.
