Keto Crock Pot Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- 1½ lbs beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ small onion, sliced (optional, for lower carbs reduce amount)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos (low-carb)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (sugar-free)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger (fresh or ground)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
For Thickening (optional)
- ½ tsp xanthan gum
Instructions
- Layer Ingredients
Add beef, peppers, onion, and garlic to the crock pot. - Make the Sauce
In a bowl, whisk beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire, vinegar, ginger, pepper, and sesame oil. - Cook
Pour sauce over ingredients.- Low: 6–7 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
- Thicken (Optional)
Stir in xanthan gum during the last 20 minutes if you want a thicker sauce. - Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning.
