 The Best Chocolate Brownie Cookies Ever

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225 gunsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200 gbrown sugar
  • ½ cup (100 ggranulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (125 gall-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (50 gunsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven

Heat to 350°F (175°C).
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients

In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
3️⃣ Add dry ingredients

Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually fold into wet ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips.
4️⃣ Shape cookies

Scoop 2-tbsp portions onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
Flatten slightly with fingers.
5️⃣ Bake

Bake 12–14 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
Cool on the sheet 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
