Ingredients List
- 4 bone-in or boneless chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Optional: ½ tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp chili powder, lemon juice squeeze
Instructions
1. Prep the Chicken
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle with oil and rub evenly.
2. Season
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat thighs thoroughly on all sides.
3. Preheat Air Fryer
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
4. Cook
- Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the basket (don’t overcrowd).
- Cook 10 minutes, flip, then cook 6–10 more minutes until crispy and fully cooked.
- Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
5. Serve
Let rest for 2–3 minutes, then serve with vegetables, salads, or rice bowls.
