Ingredients List
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup almond flour

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. - Blend the Batter
Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, and almond flour to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth. - Pour into Pan
Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly. - Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the center is just set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. - Cool & Slice
Let brownies cool fully before slicing for best texture.
