Ingredients List

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup almond flour (optional, for rolling)

Instructions

1. Make the Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until smooth and evenly combined.

2. Chill
Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up the mixture for easier rolling.

3. Form the Bites
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.

4. Coat (Optional)
Roll each cheese ball in almond flour for a light coating, if desired.

5. Serve
Serve chilled or slightly softened at room temperature.
