Blender Corn Cake recipe

Ingredients:

| Eggs | 4 |
| Butter (or margarine) | 2 tablespoons |
| Wheat Flour | 3 tablespoons |
| Green Corn (canned) | 1 can |
| Sugar | 1 cup (Corrected amount) |
| Cornmeal | 1 cup |
| Grated Parmesan | 50 g |
| Milk | 1 liter |
| Baking Powder | 1 tablespoon |
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a baking tray with butter and corn flour (or another type of baking spray).
- Place all the ingredients (except butter for greasing the pan) in a blender and blend until smooth. You can also use an immersion blender if you prefer.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking tray.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Tips:
- You can substitute fresh corn kernels for canned corn. If using fresh corn, be sure to puree it in the blender with the other ingredients.
- For a sweeter cake, you can add an additional ¼ cup of sugar.
- If you don’t have grated parmesan cheese, you can omit it or substitute another type of cheese.
- You can also add other ingredients to the batter, such as chopped nuts, dried fruit, or chocolate chips
