EQUIPMENT:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer
  • Spatula
  • Silicon mold or ice cube tray
  • Spoon
  • Freezer-safe container

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup powdered Erythritol
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add the almond butter, softened cream cheese, Erythritol, and melted coconut oil.
  2. Blend them with the hand blender till they gets combine and smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract & salt to the mixture and blend again.
  4. We can add some fresh blueberries and fold them gently with the spatula.
  5. Add the mixture with the spoons in the silicon molds and press them down to ensure they get compact.
  6. We can put the molds in the freezer for 2 hours or till they gets firm so they get set properly.
  7. When they get firm take them out from the freezer and remove the fat bombs from the mold.
  8. Then place these fat bombs in the seal jar to consume them timely.

TIPS

  • We can easily modify the amount of sweetness according to our taste and the sweetener.
  • You can also utilize the frozen blueberries as a substitute for fresh blueberries, but we have to thaw the frozen blueberries before use.
  • We can also add the cashew butter or peanut butter as a substitute of almond butter to make it taste different.
  • You can also add some additional nuts like chopped almonds walnuts or pecans for additional crunch

FREEZER:
