Servings & Timing

Servings: 4–6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Freeze Time: 2–3 hours
Total Time: ~3 hours

Ingredients List

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (high-protein, thick)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for thickening, optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the yogurt mixture

In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cornstarch (optional). Stir until smooth and well-combined.

2. Add blueberries

Gently fold the fresh (or thawed) blueberries into the yogurt mixture. Be careful not to crush the berries.

3. Form clusters

Spoon out small dollops or spoonfuls of the yogurt-berry mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Form them into clusters or drops.

4. Freeze

Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours until the yogurt clusters are firm and frozen.

5. Serve

Serve immediately once they are frozen, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Additional Notes

  • Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture, or non-fat Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • If you prefer a low-carb version, use a sugar-free sweetener instead of honey or maple syrup.
  • These clusters are great for meal prep—make a batch ahead of time to snack on throughout the week!
