Ingredients List
- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional but recommended)
Instructions
Step 1 – Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2 – Mix the Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, eggs, and oil. Stir until a thick dough forms.
Step 3 – Add Chocolate Chips:
Fold in the chocolate chips for extra gooey richness.
Step 4 – Shape the Cookies:
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Step 5 – Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are slightly soft (they’ll firm up as they cool).
Step 6 – Cool & Serve:
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or store in an airtight container.
- For extra fudgy cookies, slightly underbake them.
- Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking for a gourmet touch.
- Mix in chopped nuts, caramel bits, or white chocolate for fun variations.
