FATHEAD PIZZA DOUGH:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Melt Cheese: a. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. b. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the cheeses are completely melted and well combined.
- Form Dough: a. Allow the melted cheese mixture to cool slightly. b. Mix in the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt. Stir until a dough forms.
- Roll Out Dough: a. Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper (not aluminum foil!), and lay another sheet on top. b. Roll out the dough between the sheets into your desired pizza shape.
- Bake the Crust: a. Remove the top parchment paper and transfer the crust on the bottom paper onto a baking sheet. b. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA:
INGREDIENTS:
- Fathead pizza crust (pre-baked)
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (low-carb)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional toppings: mushrooms, red onions, bell peppers (if you prefer other colors), etc.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare Toppings: Cook and shred the chicken. Prepare any additional toppings you’d like to add.
- Assemble Pizza: a. Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the pre-baked pizza crust. b. Sprinkle the shredded chicken and any other toppings over the sauce. c. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the Pizza: a. Place the pizza back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Alfredo Keto Pizza!
