INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1.5 lbs. chicken breast
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 8 oz. mushrooms
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Parsley
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • Black pepper
  • ½ cup Parmesan
  • One tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Salt

INGREDIENTS NOTES:

CHICKEN:

  • We have to utilize the boneless and skinless chicken thigh fillet for the additional taste and juiciness.

ZUCCHINI:

  • We have to use the medium and firm zucchini and cut the zucchini in half to ensure even cooking.

MUSHROOMS:

  • Button or cremini mushrooms are used to make this dish to add the earthy, umami flavor and texture to the dish.

GARLIC:

HEAVY CREAM:

INSTRUCTION:
