CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHAFFLE

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 3 tbsp All-Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 tsp Powdered Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a mini waffle maker.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all the chaffle ingredients.
  3. Pour half of the chaffle mixture into the center of the waffle iron. Allow it to cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Carefully remove the chaffle and repeat the process for the second chaffle. Allow the chaffles to sit for a few minutes to crisp up.
  5. For the peanut butter filling, blend all the ingredients together and spread it between the chaffles.
