COTTAGE CHEESE:

  • We can use the full-fat cottage cheese because of its creamy texture and keto-friendly fat content.

  • I use the Erythritol to sweeten these brownie bites and we can easily change the amount of Erythritol or sweetener according to the taste.

PROTEIN POWDER:

  • We can select plant-based, casein, or whey protein powder which is based on the dietary requirements.

ALMOND FLOUR:

  • Almond flour is low-carb flour and gluten-free substitute of all-purpose flour that adds texture and this is also good for keto baking as compare to other keto flour.

FLAXSEED AND CHIA SEED:

  • It is optional to use the flex seeds and chia seeds and we can leave out if we want, but they add fiber and omega-3s.
