Instructions:
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot. Garnish with your desired toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
