- 12 oz frozen egg noodles
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 2 tbsp cold water (for slurry)
- 2 tbsp butter (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
How to Make Crockpot Beef and Noodles
1. Season the Beef
Pat roast dry.
Season with:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
2. Add to Slow Cooker
Place chopped onion in bottom.
Set beef roast on top.
