How to Make Crockpot Steak Bites
1. Prep the Steak
Place the cubed sirloin steak directly into the crockpot.
2. Add the Flavor
In a small bowl, whisk together:
soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture evenly over the steak bites.
3. Add Butter
Scatter the butter pieces over the top of the steak. This adds richness and helps create a silky sauce.
4. Slow Cook
Cover and cook:
Stir once halfway through if possible.
5. Finish & Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Serving Ideas
- Over mashed potatoes or rice
- With roasted vegetables
- On top of cauliflower mash (low-carb option)
- Inside hoagie rolls for steak sliders
Tips for Best Results
- Sirloin works best, but chuck steak gives even more tenderness
- Don’t overcook on HIGH — steak can dry out
- For thicker sauce, remove lid for last 30 minutes
- Add mushrooms or onions for extra flavor
