Air Fryer Mushrooms (Keto & Low Carb)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until the mushrooms are well coated.
  3. Place the coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Cook the mushrooms in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket or tossing the mushrooms halfway through the cooking time. The mushrooms should be golden brown and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove the mushrooms from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
