GRAIN FREE JALAPENO CHEESE BREAD || LOW CARB

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the melted butter and sour cream to the eggs and mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped jalapenos into the batter.
  6. Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
