How to Make Honey BBQ Chicken & Garlic Parmesan Potatoes
1. Prepare the Chicken
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder on both sides.
In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce and honey until smooth.
Place chicken in a baking dish or oven-safe skillet and pour the Honey BBQ sauce evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a sticky, caramelized finish.
2. Cook the Potatoes
While the chicken bakes, place diced potatoes in a pot of salted water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 10–12 minutes until fork-tender. Drain well.
3. Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked potatoes and gently toss until fully coated in the creamy sauce.
4. Serve
Plate the Honey BBQ chicken alongside the creamy garlic Parmesan potatoes.
