Ingredients

 Step-by-Step Instructions


1️⃣ Make Blueberry Compote (Low-Carb Version)

In a small saucepan:

  • Add blueberries + water
  • Simmer 5–7 minutes until soft
  • Mash slightly
  • Stir in chia seeds + sweetener
  • Let cool (it thickens as it sits)

Set aside.


2️⃣ Blend Protein Cream

In blender or food processor:

Blend until smooth:

  • Cottage cheese
  • Greek yogurt
  • Cream cheese
  • Sweetener
  • Vanilla
  • Lemon zest

Blend until silky smooth and fluffy.

Fold & Swirl
