In a blender or food processor combine:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Blended cottage cheese
  • Vanilla protein
  • Sweetener
  • Vanilla extract
  • Almond milk

Blend until smooth and creamy.

The cottage cheese makes it thick and increases protein without tasting like cheese.

  • Chocolate protein powder
  • Cocoa powder
  • Greek yogurt
  • Almond milk

Stir until smooth and thick but pourable.

Pour half the vanilla mixture into a freezer-safe container.

Drizzle half the chocolate mixture over it.

Add remaining vanilla base.

Top with remaining chocolate swirl.

Use a knife to gently swirl through for marble effect.Do not overmix — you want visible ribbons.

4️⃣ Freeze

Cover and freeze 3–4 hours.

For best texture:
Let sit at room temp 5–8 minutes before scooping.
