Ingredients
Vanilla Base

- ½ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein isolate
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (to blend smooth)
Chocolate Swirl
Step-By-Step Instructions
Blend the Base
In a blender or food processor combine:
- Greek yogurt
- Blended cottage cheese
- Vanilla protein
- Sweetener
- Vanilla extract
- Almond milk
Blend until smooth and creamy.
The cottage cheese makes it thick and increases protein without tasting like cheese.
Make the Chocolate Swirl
In a small bowl mix:
- Chocolate protein powder
- Cocoa powder
- Greek yogurt
- Almond milk
Stir until smooth and thick but pourable.
Assemble the Swirl
Pour half the vanilla mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Drizzle half the chocolate mixture over it.
Add remaining vanilla base.
Top with remaining chocolate swirl.
Use a knife to gently swirl through for marble effect.Do not overmix — you want visible ribbons.
Freeze
Cover and freeze 3–4 hours.
For best texture:
Let sit at room temp 5–8 minutes before scooping.
