Ingredients:

For the Crust:

Powdered Milk3/4 cup

Quick Rise Yeast1 package
Salt1 teaspoon
Warm Water (110-115°F)1 2/3 cups
Vegetable Oil2 tablespoons

For the Filling:

Italian Sausage1/2 pound
Ground Chuck1/2 pound
Pepper1/2 teaspoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Mozzarella Cheese1 (8 oz) block

For the Sauce:

IngredientQuantity
Tomato Paste1 (6 oz) can
Water1 1/2 cups
Olive Oil1/3 cup
Garlic (minced)2 cloves
Salt1 teaspoon
Pepper1 teaspoon
Dried Oregano1/2 tablespoon
Dried Basil1/2 tablespoon
Dried Rosemary1/2 teaspoon

Instructions:

Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. Spray a 18×13 inch sheet pan with cooking spray and lay parchment paper down.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, powdered milk, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  4. Add warm water and oil to flour mixture. Stir until batter forms.
  5. Spread dough evenly on prepared sheet pan. Let rest for 5 minutes if needed.
  6. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.

Prepare the Filling:

  1. Brown meats (add salt and pepper) until crumbled. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Pizza:

  1. Spread sauce over partially baked crust.
  2. Sprinkle with meats and cheese.
  3. Bake at 475°F for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is browned.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
