Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup very hot water
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain, vanilla, or strawberry)
- 1 serving Promix Strawberry Milk protein powder (or any strawberry/vanilla protein)
- 1 tbsp granola
- 1/4 cup fresh berries
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
Step 1: Bloom the Chia Seeds
- In a small bowl, combine chia seeds with very hot water.
- Stir for ~30 seconds until the seeds begin to gel. Let sit for 2–3 minutes for thicker texture.
Step 2: Mix the Base
- Stir in Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with a splash of milk if needed.
Step 3: Top & Serve
- Add granola, fresh berries, and honey on top.
