Instant Strawberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup very hot water
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain, vanilla, or strawberry)
  • 1 serving Promix Strawberry Milk protein powder (or any strawberry/vanilla protein)
  • 1 tbsp granola
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Step 1: Bloom the Chia Seeds

  • In a small bowl, combine chia seeds with very hot water.
  • Stir for ~30 seconds until the seeds begin to gel. Let sit for 2–3 minutes for thicker texture.

Step 2: Mix the Base

  • Stir in Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with a splash of milk if needed.

Step 3: Top & Serve

  • Add granola, fresh berries, and honey on top.
  • Enjoy immediately for a creamy, crunchy, protein-packed treat!
