INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 keto egg roll wrappers
  • Six slices of cooked bacon
  • Four oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic seasoning
  • 2 fresh jalapenos
  • One teaspoon onion seasoning
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp. avocado oil
  • Black pepper

KETO WRAPPERS:

  • Choose keto-friendly wrappers made with coconut or almond flour. They will get crispy in air-fryer to limit carbohydrates.

BACON:

  • Cook bacon until crispy for the ideal crunch and smoky taste. Crumble it into little pieces to make it easier to mix with the filling.

CREAM CHEESE:

  • Use soft cream cheese for a smoother blending experience. It provides a smooth foundation that counterbalances the jalapenos’ spiciness.

SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE:

  • Sharp cheddar adds a strong, acidic flavor to the filling. It melts exquisitely, adding richness and cheesiness to the rolls.

JALAPENOS:

  • Leave some seeds for added spice or remove them for mild heat. Fresh jalapenos are ideal for a powerful taste and crispy texture.

OLIVE OIL:

  • Lightly brush each roll to encourage a uniform golden crisp. It is a healthier choice compared to deep-frying.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine the bacon crumbs, garlic powder, cream cheese, black pepper, jalapenos diced, onion powder, cheddar cheese shreds, and salt in a bowl and stir till blended thoroughly.
  2. Place the keto wrapper on the surface and spoon 2 teaspoons of filling over the middle of a wrapper.
  3. Then we fold the sides in and roll firmly.
  4. Each egg roll should be lightly brushed with avocado oil.
  5. Warm-up the air-fryer to 375 degrees F.
  6. Put these egg rolls in one layer in basket.
  7. Cook for eight to ten minutes till it gets golden brown and crispy, rotating halfway through.
  8. Cool these egg rolls for few minutes.
  9. Serve hot with keto sour cream or ranch dip.
