Keto Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites

Ingredients:

  • Keto-friendly yogurt 1 cup
  • Fresh blueberries 2 cups
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp.
  • Swerve powder 1 1/2 tbsp.

Instructions:

  1. Take two medium-sized baking trays and then place parchment paper in them and then leave it on a side.
  2. Now take a large bowl and then add the vanilla, powdered sugar, and then yogurt, and then mix in properly.
  3. Then, take a toothpick and with the help of this coat the blueberries one by one properly in the mixture.
  4. Then place it in the baking tray.
  5. Put the baking tray into the freezer for approximately 1 hour.
  6. Serve it on a serving plate

Notes:

  • You can use any keto-friendly powdered sugar.
  • You can use flavored yogurt too.

Storage information:

  1. Keep these protein bites in an airtight container and the freezer.
  2. Use these bites within 2 or 3 days of making as the yogurt will change its taste with time.
  3. Eat these protein bites hurriedly after taking them out from the freezer
