Keto Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1 cup almond flour
 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese
 - 1 large egg
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Toppings:
- 1/2 cup sugar-free tomato sauce or marinara sauce
 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
 - 1/4 cup diced onions
 - 4-6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
 - 4 large eggs

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together. You can do this in 20-second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted.
 - Add the almond flour and egg to the melted cheese mixture. Mix well until a dough forms. If desired, you can also add Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
 - Place the dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Use your hands to flatten and shape the dough into a round pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
 - Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until it’s firm and slightly golden around the edges.
 - Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread the sugar-free tomato sauce evenly over the crust.
 - Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
 - Scatter the diced bell peppers, onions, and crumbled bacon over the cheese.
 - Carefully crack 4 eggs onto the pizza, spacing them out evenly.
 - Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still slightly runny (you can adjust the baking time based on your egg preference).
 - Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, remove the pizza from the oven.
 - Allow the pizza to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Enjoy your keto breakfast pizza!
