Keto Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, dried parsley, dried dill, and onion powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sour cream, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Scoop approximately 1/4 cup of the dough and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat for the remaining dough, leaving some space between each biscuit.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
