Directions
- Begin by extracting the excess moisture from your grated zucchini using a clean kitchen towel—this is the key to achieving those extra crispy bites.
- In a large bowl, amalgamate the dry zucchini with grated Parmesan, flour, minced garlic, beaten egg, dried basil, dried oregano, and a dash of salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
