KETO EASY PIZZA QUESADILLA

Ingredients

  • (low carb/regular/gluten free) 1 large tortilla, lightly buttered
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6-8 pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Marinara for dipping (Rao’s if keto)

Instructions

  1. To medium heat, heat a skillet.
  2. To the skillet, add a buttered tortilla. With garlic powder, pepperoni, Italian seasoning and shredded cheese, top the tortilla.
  3. Until it gets golden brown, cook the tortilla 2-3 minutes. Over the filling, fold one side of the and flip.
  4. When both sides are golden brown, take it out from skillet.
  5. Slice and for dipping, serve with warm marinara.
