Keto Garlic Butter Fish

Ingredients:
- 4 fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or sole)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp butter (grass-fed, if preferred)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
- Prep the Fish: Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
- Cook the Fish:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan.
- Once the butter is melted, place the fish fillets in the skillet.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove the fish from the skillet and set it aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, but be careful not to burn it.
- Stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve:
- Pour the garlic butter sauce over the fish fillets.
- Garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
Tips:
- For extra flavor, you can add a dash of red pepper flakes or a splash of white wine to the sauce.
- Pair with a side of roasted vegetables or a simple salad to keep the meal Keto-friendly.
Enjoy your delicious, buttery garlic fish!
