Keto Mounds Cake

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • Keto friendly cake mix ( yellow or vanilla)
  • Sugar-free syrup 1 cup
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips 2 cups
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  • Granulated low-carb sweetener (e.g. monk fruit or erythritol)

Frosting:

  • Unsweetened coconut powder 2 cups
  • Sugar-free whipped cream 8oz.

Instructions:

  1. Heat your oven before 15 minutes of baking at 350 degrees F.
  2. Use 9×13 baking tray and put a parchment paper in it.
  3. Take a bowl, add the keto-friendly  cake mix with unsweetened cocoa powder and low-carb granulated sweetener and then mix it properly to make a batter.
  4. Pour the cake batter into the baking tray and spread evenly with the spatula or by tapping the tray on the surface.
  5. Now top with the sugar free chocolate chips over the batter.
  6. Bake it for thirty mins in oven.
  7. Remove the cake from oven and check by inserting the toothpick in it.
  8. heat the sugar-free chocolate syrup and pour all over the baked cake and allow to cool overnight.
  9. Take another bowl, combine the whipping cream and unsweetened coconut powder and blend well.
  10. Top it with the coconut mixture and whipped topping.
  11. cake is ready after cooling.
